A1101/A1102/A1103/A1104/A1106 Hall Effect Sensor Switch, Allegro Microsystems
Allegro A1101/A1102/A1103/A1104 and A1106 Hall effect switches use BiCMOS technology for fast power-on time and low noise operation. Device programming is performed after packaging to improve switch point accuracy by eliminating offsets that may be caused by package stress.
The unique Hall element geometry and low offset amplifier minimize noise and reduce residual offset voltages commonly caused by device overmolding and thermal stress.
Allegro A1101/A1102/A1103/A1104 and A1106 include a voltage regulator, Hall voltage generator, small signal amplifier, Schmitt trigger, and NMOS output transistor.
The onboard voltage regulator supports 3.8 V to 24 V operation, and onboard protection circuitry provides an absolute maximum voltage rating of ±30 V. All devices in the family are the same except for the magnetic switch point level.
