When using the services provided by us (understood as quotation / order / PI / INV... with code #): All orders with us are subject to the terms / conditions following terms and conditions and other terms/conditions set forth in this website.

We reserve the right to change these Legal Conditions at any time without notice. Any such changes will come into effect as soon as they are posted on our website, and by using the site thereafter you accept them. We recommend that you review these Legal Conditions from time to time to make sure that you are familiar with them in their current form.

1/ Who are we?

We, QTE TECHNOLOGIES , established in 2010;

We supply all equipment, tools, supplies, spare parts in the laboratory, in the industrial field, in the field of research and development, in the MRO (operation, maintenance, repair) factory. ), in the general field, in the hospital and in the nursing field.

We provide solutions for searching, quoting, ordering products FAST, EASY;

3/ How do I submit a business-specific bid request?

Please send company information including: Business name, MST, address, sender of request, contact phone, email. We will send you a price list to your registered email address.

4/ Can an order placed on qtetech.com be canceled/modified?

Our system is designed to save time and costs for customers.

After you place an order successfully, the system will email you the order code;

We will contact you to confirm the order information.

You can cancel/modify your order at this time.

After agreeing and confirming the order, we will do the procedures to ship the goods to you.

5/ How to order at qtetech.com and receive it overseas?

Currently, QTE TECHNOLOGIES provides purchasing and payment services in Vietnam, delivering goods at designated addresses overseas or in export processing zones; Therefore at the order page, please select your respective “country”.

6/ How are overseas shipping and delivery fees calculated?

Shipping and delivery charges are calculated based on the package that you order, your address information, country, ...;

We cooperate with reputable international express delivery units, ensuring delivery for you FAST, ACCURATE, SAFE.

7/ The product image on the website is slightly different from what I received, why is that?

All product images on our website are available images of the manufacturer. Pictures may have some differences from the actual product. The manufacturer reserves the right to change the standard, product description and product specification without prior notice.

8/ Is the actual delivery date slower than the date stated on the quote/order?

Delivery times may vary depending on the manufacturer's production and inventory status.

Therefore any delivery date we give is an approximation only. We do not accept any liability for any loss/damage/expenses incurred as a result of this delivery delay, and we also do not allow customers to cancel orders/or refuse receive.

We, with a high sense of responsibility and reputation with customers, always try our best to ensure the delivery schedule FAST + ACCURACY + SAFETY.

9/ In case of overpayment:

If we receive the change from you, we will email you the refund method. Please check your email and reply.

10/ In case of underpayment:

If we receive a balance from you, we will email you and ask you to pay the balance. We will suspend delivery until the total amount of the order is received. So the delivery date will be delayed.

11/ Country of origin:

Manufacturers often move to the most cost-effective locations. They can move production from one country to another. Therefore, we do not display / indicate the country of origin on the qtetech.com website system

12/ Safety Data Sheets (SDS/MSDS), RoHs:

You can ask us after ordering. Depending on the provider, in some cases it may not be available.

13/ Instructions for use:

We will check the User Manual with the supplier, after you place your order.

We do not accept product installation/use instructions at the customer's address.

14/ Returned goods:

We are under no obligation to accept returns of goods supplied to a customer's order. Please see more return policy HERE.

15/ Cancel:

Basically, we do not accept order cancellations for customer reasons.

Because, after we have received the order, we prepare for the order systematically.

16/ Refund after cancellation:

We reserve the right to make cancellation charges for any orders cancelled prior to delivery. Where goods have been ordered to customers’ individual specifications, the cancellation charge may be substantial.

We will contact you about the refund, once we cancel.

17/ Refuse to receive products:

If the product ordered by the customer is delivered to the "shipping address" described in the order/or PI/or INV and the customer refuses to receive the product for any reason, We QTE TECHNOLOGIES may may request a penalty fee equivalent to the price of the product and the delivery fee/customs tax from the customer.

18/ Import license:

The customer will be responsible for obtaining any import permits and for complying with all regulations governing the admission of goods into the country of destination, and for payment of all customs duties, port fees and charges, other fees.

19/ Compliance/export control:

We ship to customers in   Southeast Asia   and worldwide.

*Note: Some countries do not ship (for some products).

Products you purchase from QTE TECHNOLOGIES are subject to applicable laws and regulations including Japanese export control laws and regulations. You declare:

  1. Not related to the military;
  2. Not involved in the production, use or sale of weapons of mass destruction or conventional weapons;
  3. Will not use purchased product for illegal purposes such as the manufacture, development, use or storage of weapons of mass destruction or conventional weapons;
  4. Will not violate applicable laws and regulations including export control laws and regulations; And
  5. Comply with U.S. re-export controls as they relate to goods originating in the United States.

20/ Force majeure:

If product delivery is delayed or cannot proceed due to natural disasters (including but not limited to, earthquakes, floods, fires), the amendment or repeal of laws or ordinances, enforcement tendencies of public authorities, transportation-related issues, labor disputes or any other cause beyond the control of QTE TECHNOLOGIES, QTE TECHNOLOGIES will notify the customer within a period of time reasonable time to consider such force majeure causes. However, QTE TECHNOLOGIES will not be liable in any way for any damages or expenses incurred by the Customer due to the said delay or inability to deliver the goods.

If the force majeure event continues for a period longer than fourteen days, QTE TECHNOLOGIES may cancel the affected order, without any liability to the Customer.

21/ Applicable law and dispute settlement body:

Any dispute and sale of Products, and/or the relationship between the Customer and QTE TECHNOLOGIES will be governed and construed solely by the laws of Vietnam. Any such dispute shall be resolved by arbitration at the Vietnam International Arbitration Center (VIAC) in accordance with its Arbitration Rules. The place of arbitration is in Hanoi and the language of arbitration is Vietnamese.

 

By using the site you agree that any dispute arising from its use shall be submitted exclusively to the Vietnam International Arbitration Center (VIAC) and that you will not assert jurisdiction in any other court or tribunal anywhere in the world.

22/ Prohibited Acts:

The Customer may not carry out any of the following acts while using the Service:

  1. Carry out an act that would or might interfere with the operation of the Service.
  2. Act in a way that would or might be detrimental to another Customer, a third party, or QTE TECHNOLOGIES or cause another Customer, a third party, or QTE TECHNOLOGIES trouble or to incur damages.
  3. Carry out any act that would or might infringe any copyright or other intellectual property right or any right to privacy or other right of another Customer, a third party, or QTE TECHNOLOGIES.
  4. Illegally access to the Service via Internet and falsify information.
  5. Use the Service via Internet to send or post harmful computer viruses or programs or inappropriate content.
  6. Carry out any act that would or might contravene public policy or any law or ordinance.
  7. Assign or transfer any of the Customer's right and obligations which may arise in connection with the Service.
  8. Carry out any act that QTE TECHNOLOGIES otherwise deems inappropriate.

23/ Termination of Order:

  1. If any of the following cases apply to the Customer, QTE TECHNOLOGIES may suspend, or discontinue a part or all of the Services without prior notice, and immediately terminate any order it has entered into with the Customer without further notice:
    1. If the Customer does not comply with the provisions in Article 19
    2. If the Customer delays in or fails to perform its obligations arising through use of the Service and fails to remedy this within seven (7) days, regardless of QTE TECHNOLOGIES's notification to the Customer demanding remedy thereof.
    3. if the Customer breaches any of the Terms and Conditions and fails to remedy this within fourteen (14) days, in despite of QTE TECHNOLOGIES's gives notification to the Customer demanding remedy thereof.
    4. If the Customer sustains a disposition from the relevant supervisory agency, such as a cancellation or suspension of its business operations.
    5. If the Customer is subject to a suspension of payments or becomes insolvent, or a check issued by the Customer is subject to dishonor.
    6. If the Customer's credibility substantially deteriorates or there is a material change to its business that will affect its credibility.
    7. If the Customer is subject to a petition for attachment, provisional attachment, provisional disposition or any other compulsory execution or auction filed by a third party, or is subject to a disposition to collect tax or other public charges delinquencies.
    8. If a petition for bankruptcy, reorganization, or other insolvency proceeding is filed against or by the Customer.
    9. If the Customer passes a resolution to dissolve or merges with another company.
    10. If it becomes difficult for the Customer to perform its obligations under the Terms and Conditions or any sales agreements due to a natural disaster, labour dispute, or other reasons.
    11. If the Customer defrauds QTE TECHNOLOGIES or commits any other acts in bad faith.
    12. If the Customer's financial condition deteriorates or there are grounds to objectively believe this may occur.
    13. If QTE TECHNOLOGIES cannot contact the Customer using reasonable methods of communication.
    14. If the Customer carries out any of the prohibited acts under Article 22.
    15. If there are grounds that otherwise make QTE TECHNOLOGIES believe the Customer is inappropriate as a customer for the Service.
  2. If any of the above cases apply to the Customer, all obligations owed by the Customer through use of the Service will become immediately due and payable, and the Customer shall promptly pay all such obligations. Further, the Customer shall indemnify QTE TECHNOLOGIES for any damages incurred by QTE TECHNOLOGIES due to the Customer's breach of any provisions of the Terms and Conditions.

24/ Note for electrical equipment with Japanese specifications:

- Some customers who use overseas use transformers.
- If you use it, please use it at your own risk. We do not recommend using a transformer.
Therefore, check the voltage when using it overseas.
Failure due to voltage difference is not supported by returns or repairs.

25/ Delivery address:

QTE TECHNOLOGIES will not deliver products to a shop of a courier company, private mail box, overseas shipping agency, overseas transferring service provider, army post, or export-banned county.

26/ Checking goods:

Customers must inspect all goods within 10 days of receipt.

Within 10 days from the date of receipt of the goods, If the Customer has not given any notice, the products shall be conclusively presumed to be, in all respects, in accordance with the order and free from apparent defects, and the Customer shall be deemed to have accepted the products accordingly. QTE TECHNOLOGIES’ record of the products despatched (including the quantity) shall be conclusive evidence of the products received by the Customer, unless proved otherwise by the Customer.
