Description
- A1101/A1102/A1103/A1104/A1106 Hall Effect Sensor Switch, Allegro Microsystems
- Allegro A1101/A1102/A1103/A1104 and A1106 Hall effect switches use BiCMOS technology for fast power-on time and low noise operation. Device programming is performed after packaging to improve switch point accuracy by eliminating offsets that may be caused by package stress.
- The unique Hall element geometry and low offset amplifier minimize noise and reduce residual offset voltages commonly caused by device overmolding and thermal stress.
- Allegro A1101/A1102/A1103/A1104 and A1106 include a voltage regulator, Hall voltage generator, small signal amplifier, Schmitt trigger, and NMOS output transistor.
- The onboard voltage regulator supports 3.8 V to 24 V operation, and onboard protection circuitry provides an absolute maximum voltage rating of ±30 V. All devices in the family are the same except for the magnetic switch point level.
