Complaint settlement policy
COMPLAINT RESOLUTION POLICY
When a dispute occurs, the Company promotes a mediation and mediation solution for the parties in order to maintain the reliability and quality of service of QTE TECHNOLOGIES according to the following steps:
Step 1: Customer sends complaint via Email: email@example.com
Step 2: Customer care department of QTE TECHNOLOGIES will receive complaints and respond to customers within 24 hours. Depending on the nature and extent of the complaint, the company will take specific measures to resolve the dispute within 10 working days.
Step 3: In case it is beyond the capabilities and authority of the company, the Board of Trustees will request to bring the case to a competent State agency for resolution according to the law.
