KEL 8925E Series 1.27mm Low Profile Wire-to-Board IDC Ribbon Cable Socket Connectors
The 8925E series 1.27mm pitch low profile wire-to-board IDC socket connectors are designed for 0.635mm pitch single flat cable.
These 8925E series ribbon cable connectors offer low insertion and extraction forces and feature spring-design IDC contacts to ensure a secure electrical connection.
The housing of the 8925E series IDC socket connector features an ejector locking mechanism that ensures a secure connection to the mating connector and allows insertion and removal with one hand.
Strain relief provides added protection and support for the cables.
The 8925E series IDC ribbon cable sockets allow for daisy chain configurations in cable assemblies and mating with the 8931E series PCB headers.
The cable side (receptacle) uses a new eject lock that allows one-handed attachment and detachment. The new eject lock has been adopted to achieve a low profile. Ideal for making electronic devices smaller and thinner.
Achieves reliable pressure welding by clamping two overlapping leaf springs. Daisy chain connection possible.
