- Standard rectangular cells and regular test tubes (outer diameter Φ12/16.5-18mm) can be used for measurement.
- Large, easy-to-read LCD backlit display
- With optional software, you can connect it to a PC and accurately measure the concentration of non-linear samples.
- You can create concentration calibration curves, save measurement data, and edit it.
- The measurement parameters include absorbance (ABS), transmittance (%T), and concentration (CONC factor). In addition to inputting these values, the system can be controlled from a PC, and real-time graphing via kinetic measurement is available. Each measurement value can also be displayed, saved, and edited.
- When determining concentration values, the calibration curve can be selected from three types: Piecewise line, Linear linear regression (C=a+bA), and Quadratic quadratic regression (C=a+bA+cA2). Even for samples that are not linear, a calibration curve is automatically created and displayed as a graph.
- Calibration curves can be saved in memory, allowing you to recall the desired measurement parameters and immediately measure, display, save, and edit sample concentration values.
- Each saved data can be converted to text or Excel format for editing and saving.
