- The BMBio Thermal Cycler Single96 is equipped with six independent temperature controls, gradient function, a color touch screen, large storage capacity, external mouse and keyboard connections, and Bluetooth printer support, to meet a variety of experimental needs.
- It has a maximum ramping rate of 6°C/sec and can cycle over 1 million times.
- Equipped with six long-life Peltier heater units, it can independently control six temperature zones
- Aluminum module reinforced with anodizing technology provides high heat transfer and corrosion resistance
- With heating and cooling rates (or ramping rates) of up to 6°C/sec, you don't waste valuable time.
- Infinitely adjustable hot lid adjusts to different tube heights to prevent tube melting and evaporation
- Windows interface, 8 inch (800x600, 16 colors) TFT color touch screen with graphical display for easy configuration and monitoring
- 11 built-in standard program file templates for quick editing of required files
- Folder management, user-configurable directories
- Displays the running program and remaining time in real time, and allows editing of the running program
- Equipped with one-click incubation function, it can be used for denaturation, enzyme treatment, and ELISA
- The built-in flash memory can store 10,000 standard PCR programs, and folders can be freely organized.
- Lid temperature and hot lid mode can be set to suit different experimental needs
- In case of power outage, the program will automatically resume where it was left off
- Data for each step is recorded in GLP format to support accurate analysis of experimental results
- User login management, three-level authorization and password protection ensure data security
