- L298 Dual Bridge Motor Driver
- ST's L298 is a high-voltage/high-current integrated dual full-bridge driver.
- The device is designed to accept standard TTL logic and drive inductive loads such as relays, solenoids, and DC/stepper motors.
- It features two enable inputs that allow the L298 to be enabled or disabled independent of the input signal.
- The emitters of the bottom transistors of each bridge are connected together and an external sense resistor can be connected at the corresponding external terminal.
- Additionally, a power input is provided to allow the logic to operate at low voltages.
