Description

Easy operation, measure the sugar content of wine in seconds
It measures the refractive index of the sample and converts it to the sugar content of the wine.
There are three display units: % Brix, degrees Oe (°Oe), and °KMW.
It is easy to operate because it can be measured immediately just by dropping a few drops of the sample and pressing the button.
The large, easy-to-read screen displays the measured value and temperature at the same time.
It has automatic temperature compensation and is easy to calibrate.
There is also the HI 96813, which can also measure the latent alcohol content in addition to the sugar content of wine.
