Description

Easy to use, measure the sugar content and potential alcohol content of wine in seconds
It measures the refractive index of a sample and converts it into wine sugar content (% Brix) and potential alcohol content (% v/v).
It is easy to operate because it can be measured immediately just by dropping a few drops of the sample and pressing the button.
The large, easy-to-read screen displays the measured value and temperature at the same time.
It has automatic temperature compensation and is easy to calibrate.
The HI 96813 covers a measurement range of sugar content: 0.0-50.0% Brix and potential alcohol content: 0.0-25.0% v/v.
There is also the HI 96814, which also displays the sugar content of the wine in units of % Brix, Ekslett and KMW.
