A film thickness gauge that can measure iron substrates. Handy size for easy portability.
Equipped with a vertical inversion display function, allowing you to easily check the results when measuring overhead.
Equipped with two types of "self-calibration functions": standard calibration and zero calibration.
Equipped with an "alarm setting mode function" that alerts you with an audible alarm if the set upper/lower limit is exceeded.
Applications: Measuring the thickness of coatings and plating on ferrous substrates (iron, steel) such as vehicles, ships, bridges, tanks, plants, and buildings

The TG-01U measures coating thickness on ferrous substrates (iron/steel) from 0 to 2000 μm.
2/ What are the resolution and accuracy specifications?

The device offers 1 μm resolution. Accuracy is ±10 μm for 0–199 μm, ±(3% of reading + 10 μm) for 200–1000 μm, and ±(5% of reading + 10 μm) for 1001–2000 μm.

There are two self-calibration modes: zero calibration using the zero adjustment plate and standard calibration using the standard calibration plate supplied with the gauge.
