The CEJN Series 208 blowgun features a valve package that enables it to handle both compressed air and non-explosive fluids. It is offered in several styles, including standard full-flow, noise-reducing Star-Tip, and a pressure-regulated safety version. Various tubes and tips are available to meet specific application requirements.
OSHA-compliant safety nozzles are available for the Series 208. These safety nozzles meet OSHA’s requirements on blowing force when dead-ended and noise levels, without affecting the blowgun’s performance.
The blowgun body is constructed from durable acetal plastic (POM) that insulates against cold media, and the blow tube is made of brass. It operates reliably from –20 °C to +60 °C.
The Series 208 blowgun with a non-removable Star-Tip produces 79 dB(A) of noise during operation, ensuring a quieter work environment than traditional blowguns.
Its lightweight plastic body and user-centered design ensure comfortable handling for both right- and left-handed users. Multiple grip positions allow efficient use from any angle.
The blowgun includes a built-in hook for horizontal or vertical hanging (up to 25 mm pipe diameter) and supports a magnetic holder accessory that attaches to solid surfaces for convenient storage.
Products marked with the “OK” symbol comply with OSHA directive STD 1-13.1 (1910.242(b)), ensuring dead-ended static pressure does not exceed 2 bar. Items with the “EAR” symbol meet ISO 4414 and OSHA 1910.95, keeping noise levels below 85 dB(A).
The Series 208 blowgun can handle both compressed air and non-explosive water-based fluids, such as water or cleaning solutions, thanks to its versatile valve package.
The pressure-regulated safety version reduces the output pressure to a safe level if the blow tube becomes blocked, preventing excessive dead-end pressure and ensuring operator safety.
