3/ How do I separate oil from water after collection?
Fit an external oil - water separator cartridge or centrifuge, then drain through the camlock valve into separate containers.

Yes. The inlet screen and primary filter trap chips >=1 cm. Inspect and replace PVC hoses if sharp debris causes wear.
5/ How often should filters and tank be cleaned?
Clean inlet filter every 8 - 10 hours of operation. Rinse the container and inspect NBR seals every 40 hours.
6/ Can it be used as a dry-only vacuum?
Yes. Remove the liquid nozzle adapter and use the dry pickup nozzle for dust, powders and debris.
