Description

The material is hydrogenated styrenic thermoplastic elastomer (SEBS), which is manufactured from artificial synthetic materials.
Contains no natural rubber products such as latex or animal-derived ingredients (ADCF).
No known carcinogens are contained in the tube material or used in the manufacture of the tube.
Raw materials are fully tested according to USP Class VI and FDA CFR177.1810.
Continuous tubing is double-packed in heat-sealed polyethylene bags in a state-of-the-art cleanroom according to ISO14644-1 Class 7.
As with PureWeld XL tubing, this polyethylene bag is animal-derived free (ADCF).
The bag will be labeled with the product code, lot number, expiration date, and tube description.
The standard tube length for continuous tubing is 15m, but tube reels that take up to 152m of tubing are available (please inquire).
There are three types of tube wall thickness that can be used with tube reels: 1.6, 2.4, and 3.2mm. Also, the length of the tube reel varies depending on the tube size.
Bagged continuous tubes are packed in cardboard boxes outside the cleanroom.
Similar to polyethylene bags, this cardboard box is labeled with the product code, lot number, expiration date, and tube description.
Each package of tubing is supplied with a lot-specific certificate of biocompatibility (certificate of material compliance).
We control each batch of tubing manufactured with full lot-to-lot traceability through detailed raw materials, manufacturing records, hard copy and electronic manufacturing data. In addition, samples of each batch are kept.
