Description

Using the self-adhesiveness of urethane gel, we adopted an epoch-making dust collection method that does not require a dust collector. By installing it on the cell production table, a smooth production line has become possible.
The adhesive sheet can be removed and washed with water.
A nozzle type ionizer is set on the top surface, and ionized air is used to remove static electricity and dust from the product.
A sensor detects the insertion of the product, and the air can be blown for a certain period of time. (Pulse blowing is also possible)
