Description

The gas-contacting parts of the pump are made of chemical-resistant fluororesin.
The diaphragm does not come into contact with the pump head, resulting in less noise and vibration.
It is equipped with a condenser that efficiently liquefies and recovers exhaust solvent under atmospheric pressure.
The AK synchro type can simultaneously reduce the pressure on two evaporators with built-in check valves, and the exhaust speed can be adjusted individually using the needle valve.
