Description

The adoption of a magnetic coupling structure eliminates oil leakage from the shaft seal, achieving a longer service life.

*Vacuum pump oil deteriorates with operation and can cause a lack of performance. Regularly check for oil loss and dirt, and replenish or replace the oil.
*Oil smoke (oil mist) from the exhaust port is particularly likely to occur when the pressure is close to atmospheric pressure.
*If the pump is operated with the exhaust port blocked or with a device attached to the exhaust port that blocks the passage of gas, there is a risk of explosion. The internal pressure of the pump may rise, causing the pump body to explode, the oil level gauge to pop out, or the motor to overload.
