Description
- "Main uses": For transporting and suctioning plastic powder, heat resistant, antistatic, and wear resistant.
- "Heat resistance": A pressure resistant hose that has heat resistance up to 100 degrees Celsius, prevents the hose from bending or collapsing due to high temperatures, and can be used for suction and pressure feeding (vacuum) for transporting resin raw materials.
- ``Abrasion resistance'': A special urethane resin that is resistant to abrasion is used on the inner surface of the hose.It has more than 3 times the abrasion resistance (compared to general resin shape-retaining hoses). This prevents holes in the hose due to wear and molding defects caused by hose pieces and ground wires (copper wire), making the hose last longer.
- "Static electricity (static charge) prevention": Composite antistatic structure removes static electricity from the hose, preventing raw material clogging and color unevenness. Reduce product loss and production troubles. Antistatic effect lasts for a long time
- "Easy grounding": Just attach the special grounding clip, there is no extra work, and work time is shortened.
- "Stable conveyance": The inner surface of the hose is seamless (no seams) and has a flat structure, so plastic powder and fluid residues are unlikely to remain.
