Description
- "Main applications": For transporting and suctioning plastic powder and granular material, heat-resistant, anti-static, and wear-resistant
- "Heat resistance": Heat resistant up to 100℃, it prevents the hose from bending or collapsing due to high temperatures, and is a pressure-resistant hose that can be used for suction and pressure transfer (vacuum) to transport resin raw materials.
- "Abrasion resistance": A special urethane resin that is resistant to abrasion is used on the inside of the hose, which is more than three times more abrasion resistant (compared to general resin hoses that retain their shape). It prevents holes in the hose due to abrasion and molding defects caused by hose pieces or earth wires (copper wires) getting mixed in, and the hose lasts longer.
- "Anti-static (static)": The composite anti-static structure removes static electricity from the hose, preventing clogging and uneven coloring. Reduces product loss and production problems. Anti-static effect lasts for a long time.
- "Easy earth installation": Simply attach the dedicated earth clip, no extra work required, reducing work time
- "Stable conveying": The inside of the hose is seamless (no joints) and has a flat inner structure, so plastic powder and fluid residue are less likely to remain.
- "Standards compliance": RoHS2 compliant (as of October 2021)
