The T2DT30H is a ratchet-type digital torque wrench from TONE’s Digitorqon TDT series, designed to precisely apply and measure torque. It’s widely used in automotive assembly, industrial machinery, electronics manufacturing, maintenance work, and quality-control inspections.

Switch units on the device or through the PC configuration software.
Press and hold the “SET” button to enter configuration.
Use “▲” and “▼” buttons to adjust the numeric value.
Confirm by pressing “SET” again.
You’ll hear a confirmation beep and see the target displayed.
Slide off the rear battery cover.
Remove old AAA cells, observing correct polarity.
Insert two fresh AAA alkaline batteries.
Replace cover until it clicks securely.
Wipe the handle and head with a dry, lint-free cloth.
Avoid solvents, oil, or corrosive cleaners.
Inspect for physical damage before each use.
Store in its protective case, away from moisture and extreme temperatures.
Have the wrench recalibrated annually or after 10 000 uses.
Never exceed the 30 N·m maximum torque.
Do not use if LEDs fail or buzzer is weak—replace batteries first.
Avoid sudden impacts or drops, which may damage the sensor.
Do not use as a breaker bar or hammer.
