Features

• Measures solar radiation and radiant heat too! A professional-grade black globe thermometer for heatstroke index!
• This is a black globe type heatstroke index meter that conforms to JIS B 7922 Class 2.
• It incorporates a high-performance Swiss-made sensor that measures three elements: black globe temperature, temperature, and humidity, and calculates the Wet Bulb Globe Temperature (WBGT) index.
• The bright LCD panel, large screen, and large numbers make the WBGT value easy to read, and when the heatstroke warning level is reached, an alarm will sound with one of four warning levels.
• (*Alarm can be switched on/off, however, if the danger level is reached, a warning alarm will sound even if the alarm is off.) When the danger level is reached, a lamp will light up in addition to the alarm, making it useful in the dark.
• This universal design, featuring an alarm and indicator light, ensures safe and easy use for individuals with visual or hearing impairments.
• Because it is equipped with a black globe to measure solar radiation and radiant heat, it can measure the heat index (WBGT) even in direct sunlight.
• It can be used both indoors and outdoors by switching between IN and OUT.
• There are four possible installation methods.
• 1. Stand: The included stand allows you to use it upright on a tabletop.
• The stand is circular with a diameter of approximately 6.5 cm, making it less likely to tip over and allowing for stable placement.
• 2. Magnet: The unit has a built-in magnet on the back, so it can be attached to metal walls, desks, lockers, etc.
• (※Wall mounting outdoors is not recommended as ambient temperatures and other factors may be higher than usual, making accurate measurements impossible.) 3. Strap with carabiner: Can be easily attached to your waist or hooks.
• By attaching it to your waist, it helps prevent heatstroke while you're working.
• 4. Tripod: It has a screw hole and can be attached to a tripod.
• It can be used off the ground (floor) even in places where there are no hooks or anything similar.
