Automate grease lubrication to reduce costs and promote work style reform! The Pulsarlube M is a low-cost, compact automatic lubricator that automates lubrication. By forming an optimal lubricant film on bearings, it extends equipment life, reduces unexpected troubles, and contributes to labor savings. The Pulsarlube M can distribute grease to up to eight locations (up to 6m each) at high operating pressure, automating grease application through centralized lubrication and minimizing access to dangerous areas such as high places and confined spaces. Its built-in piston pump delivers precise, intermittent discharges at preset intervals, creating an optimal lubricant film for bearings, improving equipment durability and reducing unexpected troubles. You can use your own specified grease. After use, maintenance is completed simply by replacing the grease pack. The multi-installation kit allows a single lubricator to distribute fixed amounts of lubricant to up to eight locations, enabling centralized lubrication at low initial and installation costs. It detects abnormalities (excessive back pressure, dead battery, or low grease) and notifies you with a screen display and LED lamp. The Pulsarlube M is ideal for automating grease-up operations at high, dangerously high locations where access is difficult. Its high discharge pressure allows remote piping up to 6 meters high, and the lubricator itself can be installed at floor level, clearly notifying the operator of abnormalities such as low grease with an LED display. Its high discharge pressure (up to 6 MPa) allows for multi-lubrication of up to eight locations with a single unit when used in conjunction with a progressive distributing valve.
