OSI SPOT Series Segmented Photodiodes
OSI Optoelectronics' SPOT series of common substrate photodiodes have separate active areas with a distinct 0.127 mm gap between adjacent elements. SPOT series photodiodes have a spectral response range of 350 to 1100 nm. Specific spectral responses can be achieved by adding notch or bandpass filters. Position information can be obtained when the light spot diameter is larger than the cell spacing.
