Description

This roller lifts the dirt from the surface of the target workpiece and transfers it to the attached adhesive pad, where it is captured.
There is no retransfer of debris from the adhesive pad to the roller.
Before the dust accumulates on the pad and it becomes saturated, you can peel it off to reveal a new surface and reuse it.
Ready-made products come in two sizes: 6 inches (150mm wide) and 12 inches (300mm wide).
It can be used on a wide variety of smooth workpieces, including various films, metal foils, and electronic materials.
By using it before processing steps such as before printing, laminating, and inspection, it is useful for improving yield at each process.
S type has strong adhesion. (Applies to: thick products before processing, transport areas, guide rollers, equipment stages, clean room cleaning, etc.)
