- Nordic Semiconductor nRF9E5 RF Transceiver SoC is designed to operate in the 433 MHz / 868 MHz and 915 MHz ISM (Industrial, Scientific, Medical) frequency bands. It also supports a serial SPI interface and features the ShockBurst hardware protocol, making it ideal for applications requiring long range operation. The nRF9E5 device features an 8051 core microcontroller in a compact QFN32 package.
