Judgment after 7 hours of culture!
Anyone can easily perform general viable bacteria count screening judgments on foods, food processing equipment, medical equipment, etc.
Results can be obtained in 7 hours (within an 8-hour work shift).
The reagent in Step 2 reacts with the viable bacteria cultured in Step 1, and the number of viable bacteria is quantified using the bioluminescence method.
