Escherichia coli detection reagent manufactured by Hygiena. Microsnap-EC is a rapid E. coli test kit that uses a luminescent reaction between the β-gulucuronidase enzyme and the upper reagent, which is an indicator of E. coli in the sample after culturing with Enrichmentswab. This testing method, which uses a luminescent reaction, is extremely sensitive and allows for a pass/fail determination in a shorter period of time than conventional methods. Please use a Hygiena luminometer to detect luminescence and judge pass/fail.
[STEP 2] is a reagent for reacting with the E. coli in [STEP 1] in the culture solution. After the reaction, insert it into a high-sensitivity luminometer and make a determination.
