Description

Residual glucose/lactose test reagent manufactured by Hygiena.
This is a cleanliness test kit that uses glucose and lactose as contamination indicators.
Glucose or lactose is a component contained in 85% of foods and beverages, and this cleanliness test kit is compatible with a wide range of food residues.
If there is any residual glucose or lactose, it will turn green, indicating that it was not cleaned properly.
The inspection time is only 60 seconds, allowing for quick corrective action in the event of a failure. Judgment time: 1 minute!
Examples of target ingredients: Meat (raw or cooked), fruits, root vegetables, salad vegetables, condiments such as ketchup and dressings, dairy products (not fermented dairy products), bakery or confectionery products (sucrose, refined (excluding white sugar only), beverages (excluding low calorie)
