Description

Measuring airborne bacteria typically requires several days of culturing and analysis, during which time a contaminated product may be produced.
It can detect contamination occurrence in real time and contribute to further improving the safety of the manufacturing environment.
Select from 2 levels of detection sensitivity The detection sensitivity setting can be selected depending on the cleanliness level of the area to be measured.
It is best to monitor with a high sensitivity setting in areas with high cleanliness, and with a low sensitivity setting in areas with low cleanliness because it is expected that there will be many interfering objects.
Analysis of collected microorganisms The instrument is equipped with a collection filter for off-line analysis.
The collection filter can be removed and, after incubation, analysis can be performed using standard official methods or rapid microbial testing methods (RMM).
Dual functions in one unit [cleanliness monitoring + microbial monitoring]
Equipped with a particulate measurement section (particle counter) on the top and a microorganism detection section on the bottom, it is possible to measure cleanliness and microorganisms at the same time.
