Description

Since it uses ultrapure water or DI water as the condensate, it is ideal for cleanliness control in ISO class 1 and class 2 super clean rooms.
It achieves a larger flow rate than conventional products, has extremely low false counts, and is equipped with a self-diagnosis function, allowing highly accurate measurements even in ultra-clean environments.
When used in conjunction with a high-pressure diffuser (optional), nanoparticles in high-pressure gas (CDA, N2, Ar) piping can also be measured.
Data for 10,000 items can be automatically saved on the main unit, and data can be transferred to a computer using a USB memory or downloaded software.
You can also build a system by using it in conjunction with FMS software (optional).
