Description

This is a standard dial gauge with an outer frame diameter of Φ57mm and graduations of 0.001mm.
The outer frame and cover plate are molded as one piece and an O-ring is incorporated, providing a measure to prevent water, oil, etc. from entering from the front.
The stem and spindle are made of hardened stainless steel, providing high strength to withstand heavy use.
Uses a carbide gauge head.
The sector gear is made of a special alloy to improve wear resistance.
Jewel bearings are used for the bearing section.
It has excellent indication sensitivity and durability.
The surface of the plate is hard coated, making it highly resistant to scratches and chemicals.
The outer frame is made of anti-reflective glass, a material that has proven effective in use as a test indicator, to improve visibility.
Increased strength with integrated cap.
