Description

Like its higher-end model, the AquaLab 4TE, the AquaLab Pre measures water activity using Meter Group's (formerly Decagon) patented chilled mirror dew point measurement method.
It maintains a high accuracy of ±0.01aw for samples with an aw range of 0.05 to 1aw, and completes measurements in less than 5 minutes in full equilibrium mode.
The built-in temperature control system maintains the device temperature at 25°C, allowing measurements to be taken at a constant temperature regardless of the outside temperature.
Conforms to the Japanese Pharmacopoeia and USP! The dew point measurement method (dew point/refrigerated mirror method) is a highly reliable method that complies with the 17th edition of the Japanese Pharmacopoeia and the United States Pharmacopoeia (USP). By using the dedicated software AquaLink4, it can also comply with 21 CFR Part 11.
