Mettec Type A cases consist of an aluminium front bezel, top and base covers, and extruded side and rear panels. A high level of shielding is achieved by masking the internal surfaces and adding contacts. Guide ridges on the side extrusions of the Mettec case allow the PCB to be mounted in a variety of positions.
