12 inch cutting machine
A powerful, affordable cutter that can accurately cut PCB laminates, plastics up to 2.0mm thick, and aluminum up to 1.5mm thick.
An important feature of these cutters is safety.
Free entry and exit into the shear area is prevented by heavy Perspex shielding along both sides of the blade.
There is a safety latch fitted on the pivot to prevent operation without first releasing the safety latch.
For precise positioning, a recessed ruler is attached to the cutting bed to help hold the board or sheet in place while cutting.
The 12 inch cutter cuts material up to 305mm (12 inches) and has a height of 670mm and a footprint of 440mm x 245mm.
Again it can cut wider materials but has a larger cutting bed located 225mm from the blade.
