Engineering-Kit21 contains a range of sizes (21 sets) of hermetically sealed drawn EMI/RFI shielding standards (see RS stock no. 826-6740 826-6740).
Masach Drawn RF Circuit Board Shield
Masach Technologies' MS series EMI/RFI shielded enclosures are constructed of a drawn frame with a snap-on cover.
This two-part construction also allows inspection and repair of the shielded components without having to remove the entire shield.
Two-part construction saves tooling costs and eliminates risk of board damage.
This EMI shield is hermetically sealed and is suitable for small, medium and large scale applications.
MS series EMI shields are different from standard vent frames and covers in that they are hand manufactured when tooled.
A variety of sizes are available to provide maximum flexibility for surface mount configurations during the board design phase where interference may be an issue.
The seamless protective cage design enhances shielding efficiency, while the reliable, robust construction prevents distortion during handling and shipping.
Reflow soldering allows for high yield and flatness of this EMI shield.
