Description

Le Parfait was founded in the Champagne region of France in a time when the only way to preserve food was to put it in glass jars, and has continued to grow ever since.
Since its founding in 1935, Le Parfait's sealed bottles have been trusted by customers for their unchanging high quality. Sand is transformed into glass bottles, and natural rubber is transformed into orange packing, reborn as Le Parfait's iconic sealed bottles. Le Parfait has been passionate about manufacturing sealed bottles since its founding.
Boiling and vacuum preservation procedure
1. Wash thoroughly with hot water and dishwashing detergent, then dry thoroughly.
2. Place the ingredients and preserving liquid (marinade, etc.) in the jar. When pouring the preserving liquid, be careful not to exceed the fill line marked on the jar or leave 2 cm below the mouth of the jar.
3. Put the rubber gasket in place and then screw the metal fittings firmly in place. It will be easier to put the rubber gasket in if you dip it in hot water before putting it in.
4. Place the sealed bottles and water in a pot so that they cover the bottles by about 2-3 cm. Place a cloth over the pot so that the bottles do not come into direct contact with the pot. The boiling time varies depending on the capacity of the bottles and the recipe.
* Always boil water first. Putting sealed bottles in boiling water may cause damage.
5. Once the boiling is done, turn off the heat and let it cool to room temperature. The lid of the vacuum sealed jar is tightly sealed and cannot be easily opened. This method allows for hygienic long-term storage of food.
*Once the gasket has been used for degassing, please replace it with a new one before using it again.
