Description

The setup for soft jaw forming takes less than a minute. Processing can also be completed in a short time. Even inexperienced people can center with a single touch. The center runout accuracy is within 10 microns.
It does not interfere with permanent touring and allows for caliper measurements with the tool attached.
To use, simply open the chuck, insert the three Chuckmate locking pins into the jaw mounting holes, and close the chuck. For tension chucks, do the reverse.
Used as a holder for forming soft jaws when doing chuck work.
