Description

Radial insert ball bearing with rubber interliner
Schaeffler INA radial insert ball bearings with rubber interliners are mounted on shafts with eccentrically locking collars. The outer ring is housed in a thick-walled NBR interliner which absorbs vibrations and shocks. The interliners have a spherical or cylindrical outer surface.
The P seal consists of two zinc coated sheet steel washers, an intermediate NBR part and an axially fitted sealing lip.
To protect the sealing lip from mechanical damage, the outer sheet steel washer extends a considerable distance towards the inner bearing ring.
Used in narrow radial insert ball bearings with the inner ring flared to one side.
