Description

The Salmon Resin Brush has a set structure in which the tufts are not only secured with stainless steel staples, but are then fixed by pouring liquid epoxy resin into the recesses on the brush surface. The resin penetrates to the center of the tufts and seals them inside the filaments (brush hairs). This almost completely eliminates the risk of the filaments (brush hairs) falling out, and is extremely effective in preventing accidents involving foreign matter contamination.
The four colors allow you to color-code different areas of use, such as by zone or line, ensuring thorough hygiene management.
The highly heat-resistant polyester filament can be sterilized with boiling water or in an autoclave after use, and is highly resistant to detergents, disinfectants, acids, alkalis, etc.
The Salmon Resin Brush is a HACCP-compliant brush manufactured in accordance with the standards set out in the US Food and Drug Administration for surfaces and equipment that come into contact with food.
