It measures the refractive index of a sample and converts it into sugar content (% Brix) and displays it.
It is easy to operate because you can measure a few drops of the sample just by pressing the drop button.
The large, easy-to-read screen displays the measured value and temperature at the same time.
It has automatic temperature compensation and is easy to calibrate.
HI 96801 has a wide measurement range of 0.0 to 85.0% Brix and is suitable for various applications.
There is also the HI 96811 with a measuring range of 0.0 to 50.0% Brix.
