The FR410-82 is an integrated desoldering tool combining a composite-ceramic heating core and a built-in vacuum pump, designed for rapid removal of solder from multi-layer printed circuit boards and fine-pitch SMD components.
It uses a double-diaphragm pump to generate up to 80 kPa (600 mmHg) of negative pressure and a flow rate of approximately 15 L/min, drawing molten solder into a filter assembly immediately after triggering.
You can set the soldering tip between 330 °C and 450 °C, with an idle-state accuracy of ±5 °C, ensuring precise heat control for delicate components.
ACF keeps the pump running for 1–5 seconds after you release the trigger. This additional suction pulls residual solder flush into the filter, significantly reducing nozzle blockages and maintenance downtime.
Nozzles are replaced in seconds using the supplied wrench or an optional quick-changer tool. Regularly clean the nozzle and heater core with the provided cleaning pin to prevent solder buildup.
The FR410-82 uses a two-stage filtration system: a porous foam filter followed by a ceramic paper filter. Replace the foam when it darkens or you notice reduced suction, and swap the paper filter whenever the foam layer is renewed.
Always use the grounded 2-pole plug and keep your hands dry.
Ensure adequate ventilation, as desoldering emits solder fumes.
Do not immerse the unit in liquid or operate it in damp conditions.
Allow the tool to cool before replacing nozzles or filters.
FR410-82 main unit with built-in pump
FR-4103 desoldering handpiece (composite-ceramic heater)
Iron holder with cleaning sponge
Tool box containing wrench and cleaning pin (Ø 1.0 mm)
Two foam filters and four ceramic paper filters
One N61-05 standard nozzle
The station runs on AC 100 V, 50/60 Hz with a grounded 2-pole plug and draws up to 190 W during operation.
Measuring 165 × 244 × 137 mm and weighing 4.8 kg, it’s compact enough for bench-top or field service use, yet robust for continuous professional operation.
