- ERNI SMC Series 1.27mm High Speed SMT Board-to-Board Connectors
- SMC series 1.27mm pitch high speed SMT vertical mount board-to-board signal connectors feature a compact space-saving design with high contact density. These SMC stacked signal connectors provide high performance and reliability with high signal quality. The contacts of these SMC high speed mezzanine signal connectors have a continuous impedance profile, allowing for high transfer rates of 3 Gbit/s. The contacts have a highly reliable dual beam design, providing high electrical performance with low resistance. The housings of these 1.27mm SMC connectors feature mating faces to prevent mis-mating and are chamfered for accurate insertion. Locating pegs on the bottom of the connector allow for accurate positioning on the board before soldering. The soldering bracket provides high retention on the board and absorbs mechanical stress, providing a reliable SMT connection and excellent shock and vibration resistance. These 1.27mm SMC stacking connectors are suitable for a variety of environments with a wide operating temperature range of -55 to +125°C. The design of these SMC 1.27mm connectors makes them ideal for fully automated board assembly. These SMC 1.27mm board-to-board SMT connectors are available in a variety of stack heights allowing for design flexibility.
