- The Pmod RS232 converts the digital logic voltage levels of UART devices to the RS-232 voltage levels required, for example, by a PC COM port. This RS-232 module is configured as a data communications equipment (DCE) and connects to a data terminal equipment (DTE) such as a PC serial COM port via a straight-through cable.
