This valve precisely regulates hydraulic fluid flow in industrial and mobile systems. It maintains a set flow rate regardless of variations in load pressure or oil temperature.
- Maximum operating pressure: 21MPa
- Flow adjustment range: 0.08 - 105 L/min
- Connection type: Gasket mount (G)
- Nominal size: Rc 3/8″
No. The standard JF-G03-105-16 does not have a check valve. For a version with check valve functionality, use model JFC-G03-105-17.
A hand knob rotates four full turns from minimum to maximum, allowing for fine tuning. The internal pressure/ temperature compensation spool then holds the set flow rate steady even if supply pressure or fluid temperature shifts.
Yes. It features integrated compensation that keeps the output flow constant over changes in load pressure (up to 21 MPa) and fluid temperature (-20°C to +70°C).
- Compatible fluids: mineral-based hydraulic oils, water - glycol fluids, and (with “F” designation) phosphate - ester fluids
- Ambient/fluid temperature range: -20°C to +70°C
- Mount the valve on the correct Daikin sub-plate to ensure proper sealing.
- Use a gasket between valve and sub-plate.
- Torque bolt connections to the specified range (48 - 63 Nm).
- Ensure piping upstream has a filter rated at 10µm or finer when controlling flows below 0.5 L/min.
- Always install a high-efficiency line filter (<=10µm) if you need stable low-flow control.
- Keep the adjustment area free of debris to prevent knob “jumping.”
- Avoid rapid, large swings in flow setting to reduce pressure spikes.
- Industrial hydraulic systems (presses, machine tools)
- Mobile equipment (excavators, loaders)
- Marine and vehicle hydraulics (winches, steering units)
