Description

A highly functional mixer that uses a DC brushless motor and allows rotation speed control via an external signal.
This is an energy-saving chemical mixer that uses a highly efficient, ultra-compact impeller designed and manufactured using shipbuilding technology.
The rotation speed can be controlled by external signals from a liquid level gauge, load cell, etc.
The external control signal can be switched between 4 to 20 mA or 0 to 5 V on the main unit.
It can be controlled by a sequencer using start/stop, rotation pulse, error signal, and error reset.
The rotation speed can be precisely controlled in increments of 10 rpm.
Easy operation with surface touch switch.
The main body is made of AES material, making it lightweight.
The surface is equipped with a 4-digit LED, allowing you to check the current rotation speed in real time.
It will automatically stop if overloaded and an LED will light up to indicate an error.
The power supply is DC24V. An AC adapter and power supply are also available as options.
The main unit and cable are connected with a connector, so they can be removed with one touch.
Applications: Mixing slurry liquids, incorporating into test equipment, mixing liquids that do not tolerate air entrainment, and use in locations where external control is required.
