Description

This gun drill enables efficient deep hole drilling using general-purpose machines such as machining centers and NC lathes.
Since processing is done using pilot holes (guide holes), guide bushings and guide plates are not required.
The oil holes are either two holes (for blade diameters of 7.5 mm or more) or kidney-shaped (for blade diameters of 7.0 mm or less), allowing for a large amount of cutting oil to be discharged and excellent chip removal.
If you use a horizontal general-purpose machine tool, processing can be performed with low cutting oil pressure (around 1.0 MPa).
