Meiritsu Seiki's unique small special air spring system
The AVT series was born in 1985. Since then, we have adopted a small, special air spring system whose performance has been further enhanced by our proprietary technology and data accumulated over the years. It has evolved further, demonstrating excellent vibration isolation performance over a wide range of frequencies from low to high, while also being able to handle light loads and equipment with a high center of gravity.
Space-saving type with no protrusions, with various mechanisms housed inside the main body
Conventional protrusions such as the regulator (pressure reducing valve) for automatic level maintenance, the air supply port for manual level maintenance, and the lever for the clamp mechanism are all stored inside the main body without impairing operability. Furthermore, the vibration isolation unit can be used in a small space.
Equipped with a regulator and automatic level maintenance mechanism, simply connect an air source of 0.35 to 0.70 MPa to ensure that the level of the loading board is always maintained even if the load on the spring system changes due to the replacement or movement of the loaded equipment.
Notes on model selection
If the weight and center of gravity of the payload changes drastically, we recommend using the S type rather than the N type.
The clamping mechanism is a temporary fixing mechanism and cannot be used for transportation.
When the rigidity of the mounting plate is important, such as in optical experiments, we recommend our sister product, the AET series.
Equipment with extremely unbalanced loads or a high center of gravity may not function properly.
The maximum load weight is determined taking into account the center of gravity, etc., so there is some margin of error.
Please prepare the air source for S type by yourself (can be provided as an option). Please note that the device may not function properly without a pressure source of 0.35 MPa or more.
Please prepare a sturdy table or desk that can withstand heavy loads. Office desks, computer desks, etc. may reduce the vibration isolation effect.
