Description

The swirling flow generated by the rotation and the suction flow sucked up from below are generated simultaneously, creating a three-dimensional churning flow that accompanies the vertical displacement of the liquid.
The liquid reaches all corners of the container, allowing dilution and mixing, uniformity of ingredients, uniform heating, stable stirring, and shortening of time.
Since there are no projections and centrifugal force is used for stirring, and the shearing force is small, deterioration (oxidation) of the liquid due to shearing is prevented, making it suitable for mixing liquids without breaking them.
