Description

This is a multi-function viscometer that measures viscosity and density in separate cells and can calculate various measured values and values such as kinematic viscosity and viscosity index.
*There is no need to change the glass tube for each viscosity measurement, as is the case with capillary viscometers.
Only small sample volumes are required, and therefore also small amounts of wash solvent.
The Peltier temperature control system enables precise and fast temperature control.
*Achieve temperature control as fast as 20℃/min.
The Filling Check function allows you to detect air bubbles caused by filling the sample.
Using the temperature scan function, it is possible to change the temperature in steps and take measurements at each temperature.
Enhanced security features such as audit trails, electronic signatures and advanced security help you comply with 21 CFR Part 11.
By installing the optional automatic sampler, processes such as sample filling, measurement, waste liquid disposal, washing, and drying can all be automated, helping to improve work efficiency.
Optional magnetic particle removal (e.g. to remove ferromagnetic particles such as iron powder when analyzing used oils) and hot filling attachments (e.g. to make it easier to fill and prevent sample solidification when measuring highly viscous samples such as wax or heavy oils) can be installed.
