TSU-90A is equipped with an agitator, digital flow meter, pressure gauge, thermometer and pressure regulating valve as standard equipment.
It is possible to create an appropriate filtration temperature condition by using it together with a circulating temperature control unit.
By using together with various tanks, you can grasp the filtration life.
Filtration accuracy can be measured by using the liquid contamination control unit LQC-01A and various particle measuring instruments.
